Role:
We’re looking for energetic and reliable Summer Counselors to lead activities, mentor youth (ages 6-18), and create a safe, fun environment at the Boys & Girls Clubs this summer. If you’re passionate about making a difference, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage youth in daily programs like sports, arts, STEM, and leadership. Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. Model respectful behavior and support Club values. Assist with daily operations (set-up, cleanup, check-in/out). Communicate with staff, members, and families.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Experience working with youth is a plus. Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and leadership ability. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus!
