CHILDCARE ATTENDANT PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Childcare Attendant’s purpose is to ensure safe and interactive care of our member’s children.

CHILDCARE ATTENDANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include playing with children, doing puzzles, coloring, and making sure the children are engaged while in the room. Employee must maintain a level of extreme safety and be a team player willing to go above and beyond to keep our members and their children happy. Willingness to teach a class or help with seasonal activities within the club such as open houses, outside activities, and events such as “Parents night out” is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORKING CONDITIONS

Applicant must be able to commit to a minimum of two (2) shifts a week and be flexible to help cover additional shifts when needed. This position requires the ability to work 4-hour shifts.

EXPERIENCE

Experience with children from the age of 6 months to 12 years old

COMPENSATION

The Executive Health and Sports Center offers a highly competitive package for employees which includes, a base hourly pay between $9 and $12 per hour, Free Health Club Membership (valued at over $1,200+), and employee discounts across our collection of company services which include food services, spa services, pool access, and a number of other attractive offerings.
