Child Care Director Hooksett’s Best After School & Summer Camp 1271 Hooksett Road, Hooksett, NH 03106 Overview Hooksett’s Best is seeking a passionate and experienced Child Care Director to lead our team and provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success in child care and a commitment to fostering a positive and enriching learning experience for young children.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring compliance with all licensing regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Manage and mentor a team of qualified and dedicated childcare professionals.
• Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their children’s progress.
• Train and supervise childcare staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, complying with all reporting requirements.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for children and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborate with parents to create a strong partnership focused on children’s well-being.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Ability to pass a background check.
