Guaranteed 40-45 hours/week (3) 10-hour days (6:30 AM•4:30 PM)
(2) shorter days (5-7 hours)
Schedule provided at least one month in advance
Occasional weekend or evening support preferred (with the option to swap a weekday)

A friendly family in Morristown, NJ is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their sweet 4-month-old daughter. Compensation:

 $30•35/hour, $62,000•81,000+

Benefits:

 2 weeks paid vacation (nanny chooses one week), 5 paid sick days, paid major federal holidays, and a monthly healthcare stipend if needed, annual discretionary bonus

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide nurturing, engaging care for a 4-month-old baby girl
Plan screen-free, developmentally appropriate activities
Track milestones and maintain consistent routines
Prepare and sanitized bottles
Baby’s laundry and maintaining an organized nursery
Light home tidying, including taking out the garbage, accepting packages, and general organization
Letting the family’s dogs into the backyard as needed
Occasional pet care and meal prep for the baby

Qualifications:

3+ years of childcare experience (infant experience required)
Strong understanding of infant milestones and developmental stages
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Pet-friendly and comfortable with light pet-related tasks
Reliable, communicative, flexible, and patient
Able to manage rotating weekday schedules and offer occasional weekend flexibility
