All children are in school programs during the day, with the youngest attending a half-day program. This is a full-time, live-in role with responsibilities that support the children’s daily routines and the overall functioning of the household. A separate housekeeper handles deep cleaning twice a week, allowing this role to focus primarily on childcare and light family support.

Key Responsibilities:

Help prepare the children in the mornings and assist with school drop-offs Drive the 18-month-old to and from his half-day program Engage the youngest child in age-appropriate developmental activities in the afternoon Run family errands as needed (e.g., groceries, dry cleaning, pharmacy) Light housekeeping related to the children (tidying play areas, loading/unloading dishwasher, children’s laundry) Light family cooking or meal prep Assist the parent during dinner, bath, and bedtime routines

Ideal Candidate Will:

Have prior experience caring for multiple young children, especially toddlers and preschoolers Be a confident and safe driver (a vehicle can be provided if needed) Be warm, reliable, energetic, and flexible Be organized and able to anticipate the needs of a busy household Work well alongside an involved parent Be authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to commit long-term Private living accommodations are provided, along with paid holidays and vacation time.
