Nanny Oliver’s Nannies Morristown, NJ 07960 Overview We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare settings, including babysitting, daycare, or preschool, and possess a genuine love for working with children. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and able to create a safe and engaging atmosphere for children of various ages. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with children in a fun and educational manner. Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs. Assist with homework and educational activities to promote learning. Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime. Provide first aid when necessary and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s daily activities and any concerns. Qualifications Previous experience in babysitting or childcare settings such as daycare or preschool is preferred. Strong skills in meal preparation and cooking for children. Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus; certification is desirable. Experience caring for toddlers or young children is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both children and parents. A clean background check will be required prior to employment. Must be patient, responsible, and possess strong caregiving abilities.
