Little Beans is a well-regarded home family daycare servicing families of children aged two and under located in Park Slope, Brooklyn. We are seeking a child caregiver to join our community of early childcare professionals, friends, and families. This is a wonderful opportunity to join our community in caring for our team member’s children in a one-on-one setting.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that the child is engaged, safe and cared for Engage child in hands-on activities tailored to their interests and needs Help preparation and clean up of spaces and activities Prepare the space for nap time Change diapers and assisting with toileting Assist child during meal times Support team members as needed Adhere to daycare policies and procedures Other duties as assigned, as necessary

Schedule:

Part-time Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am-4:30pm Additional hours available on Mondays and Fridays in a group daycare setting If you’d like to join our team, we’d like to hear from you! Qualifications:

Can work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays Have at least two years of childcare experience/working with children under the age of 2 Possess a H.S. Diploma or GED Can lift up to 20 lbs Have strong interpersonal and communication skills Be team-oriented, energetic, creative and nurturing Have excellent attendance and punctuality Enjoys working with infant/toddler population
