(This is a live-out position and requires ability for the babysitter/nanny to commute easily to us). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the baby while engaging them in educational and fun activities. This role requires a strong commitment to caregiving and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of the child.

Start date:

ASAP Responsibilities Supervise and engage with the baby in a safe and caring manner. Feed baby nutritious meals, bottle, and snacks, as directed by parents. Assist with daily routines, including feeding, diaper changes, dressing, and nap time preparation. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide care for baby, ensuring their needs are met through play, interaction, and supervision. Maintain a clean and organized environment for the baby. Read age-appropriate books to the baby. Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns. Administer first aid when necessary and ensure a safe play environment. Skills Experience working with children, especially infants and toddlers. Strong caregiving skills with an emphasis on nurturing and educating children. Ability to feed meals that are healthy and appealing to babies who are starting solids. Knowledge of first aid practices to ensure child safety at all times. Experience in babysitting or nannying roles is preferred. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents.
