Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate of $30 – $35 per hour , Paid in cash/ On the Books For Higher Rate 2 Weeks Vacation, 2 Sick Days/ 3 Personal Days. Major Holidays Off & Paid.

As soon as possible. This role is ideal for a candidate looking for a long-term position . About the Role This position calls for a take-charge individual who can anticipate needs and keep things running efficiently. You’ll be a vital part of supporting a busy household, combining attentive childcare with essential household management tasks.
The family has three children:
two girls, aged 7 and 5, and a boy, aged 18 months. Both parents work remotely from home. The family lives in a spacious home and employs a separate housekeeper.
Schedule:
Monday –
Friday:
10:00 AM – 6:00
PM Tuesday:
Date night, with care extending no later than 8:00 PM. The schedule will remain consistent throughout the year, with a full-time commitment. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
Proactive Childcare:
Engage the 18-month-old baby with stimulating activities when he is home.
Household Management:
Take initiative to complete tasks without constant direction, particularly when the children are at school.
This will include:
Running errands (e.g., grocery shopping, dry cleaning, post office). Light meal preparation for the family. Assisting with general organization to ensure the home remains tidy and functional.
Family Support:
Be a reliable and trustworthy presence who can take charge and manage various tasks as needed, ultimately supporting the overall well-being and organization of the household.
Ideal Candidate:
A positive and cheerful attitude. Exceptional reliability and trustworthiness are paramount. A proactive approach to duties; someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Prior experience as a nanny or family assistant, preferably in a busy household. Excellent communication skills. Able to provide 3-5 professional references. Must have U.S. work authorization.
