A warm, energetic family in Hershey, PA is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their three bright, playful children—two girls (ages 6 and 2) and one boy (age 4). The position is ideal for a nanny who loves engaging with multiple age groups, fosters learning through play, and thrives in a structured but joyful environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

This family is seeking a nurturing, reliable, and creative professional who can foster curiosity, independence, and confidence in each child. A nanny who enjoys playing, organizing fun educational activities, and helping with light household tasks will feel right at home.

Childcare Duties:

Morning routines and school/daycare drop-offs and pick-ups (school year dependent) Plan and supervise engaging play and learning activities tailored to each child’s developmental stage Support early learning including letters, crafts, and vocabulary building Assist with speech and language development for the youngest child Maintain healthy routines including naps, mealtime, and transitions between activities

Household Support:

Children’s laundry Basic meal prep (kid-friendly, nutritious options) Tidying up play areas, dishes, and general light organization after the children Drive children to school, activities, or outings (mileage reimbursed) Experience caring for multiple children, including toddlers and school-aged kids Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (reimbursement provided for on-duty driving) Ability to work in a home where parents occasionally work remotely Excellent communication and time management skills Enthusiastic about child development through both structure and play Comfortable supporting a home with evolving routines (i.e., preschool transitions, potty training, etc.) Long-term availability preferred

Child Profiles:

Oldest daughter (6 years old): Reserved at first, but goofy and outgoing once comfortable. Loves learning and excels in school. Middle son (4 years old): Outgoing, talkative, and sociable—nicknamed “the mayor” by his preschool. Enjoys learning through crafts and interactive play. Youngest daughter (2 years old): Outgoing and playful. Currently working on speech development and enjoys social engagement. Takes a regular midday nap.
