Schedule & Work Arrangement Schedule:

Approximately 15 full work days per month

Planning:

Work days will be scheduled one to two weeks prior to the beginning of each month

Start Times:

Generally established at the beginning of the week

Flexibility Required:

Some days may require early start times OR late finishes, with occasional overtime

Transportation:

Reliable arrival to work location required; transportation of children typically not needed Guaranteed hours and pay

Compensation Hourly Rate:

$23-26/hour DOE (Depending on Experience) Primary Responsibilities Provide engaged, attentive care for three boys (ages 2, 7, and 10) Manage virtual learning schedules for school-age children Assist with homework when needed Maintain a safe, nurturing environment at all times Adapt to varying daily schedules and family needs What Our Client Family is Looking For Our client family seeks someone who is engaged, kind, caring, responsible, and flexible. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing virtual learning environments, patient with homework assistance, and able to engage meaningfully with both a toddler and school-age children. Flexibility with scheduling and work hours is essential for success in this role.
