Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Management:
Efficiently coordinate and manage the intricate daily schedules of all family members, including school drop-offs, appointments, extracurricular activities, and social engagements. Adapt to any last-minute changes with ease. Schedules will be set in advance with a minimum of two months’ notice to ensure ample preparation time.
Travel Coordination:
Facilitate comprehensive travel arrangements for the family, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Event Planning and Execution:
Plan, organize, and execute family events, celebrations, and special occasions. Manage everything from sending invitations and coordinating vendors to overseeing day-of logistics, ensuring memorable experiences for all attendees.
Administrative Support:
Provide light administrative support, including managing emails, handling paperwork, paying bills, tracking important deadlines, and maintaining household inventories. Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Errands and Household Management:
Run errands, handle grocery shopping, and coordinate with external service providers such as tutors, enrichment programs, or contractors. Keep the household well-stocked and organized.
Liaison and Communication:
Act as a liaison between family members and outside contacts, maintaining clear, empathetic, and professional communication. Build strong relationships with service providers to ensure high-quality support.
Meal Preparation and Dietary Management:
Assist with meal preparation, dietary management, and light housekeeping to ensure a well-organized and welcoming home environment. Accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions as needed.
Adaptability and Proactive Support:
Flexibly adapt to evolving family needs, proactively taking on new responsibilities and stepping in wherever needed to support the smooth running of the household. Anticipate needs and identify opportunities to enhance family life.
Emotional Intelligence and Rapport Building:
Build strong rapport with both children and adults, fostering a positive, supportive presence in the home. Communicate empathetically and maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Childcare Excellence:
Provide attentive and compassionate care for our four daughters during the school year and vacation periods. Engage them in educational and recreational activities that foster their growth and development.
Educational Support:
Assist with school pick-ups, homework help, and after-school activities. Encourage a love for learning and creativity by supporting their academic and extracurricular pursuits.
Household Harmony:
Manage essential household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning to maintain a tidy and organized environment.
Travel Adventures:
Accompany our family on trips 1-3 times per year, with additional overnight stays necessary if both parents are out of town, creating memorable experiences for our family.

- Possesses a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Uses discretion and does not disclose family details.
- Willing to undergo a PI investigation and/or background check.
What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation:
An attractive salary ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Compensation will be paid out weekly.

Holidays and one week of vacation included.
Work Environment:
Professional casual attire is expected. A family vehicle will be provided for all family-related transportation needs.

Probationary Period:
