We are looking to hire for part-time positions in our Child Minding facility. Candidates must have energy, a positive attitude, engaging personality, and a passion for excellent service! BMCC is a team-driven, fast-paced environment and our staff must be ready to work hard and have fun.
Essential Job Functions:
- Greets each child and member by name.
- Understands Child Minding facility and department rules, regulations and policies, enforcing when appropriate. This includes but is not limited to policies regarding dependents, member rules, hand washing and cleanliness procedures.
- Interacts with participants, utilizing available resources to execute planned activities that meet the children’s recreational needs and creates a fun atmosphere.
- Maintains order and discipline by enforcing rules and regulations and using appropriate behavior management techniques.
