Part Time Nanny T-Th 8am-3pm Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency Nashville, TN 37212 Applicants should meet the following: You must have 3 excellent references A clean background Infant experience, 3 years of childcare experience Your own reliable vehicle CPR certified or willing to get certified. Once you’re on the Twinkle Toes team, you’ll have access to our online scheduling system so that you can pick up extra shifts if you want, and do babysitting on nights and weekends.

Duties:

• Provide attentive and responsible care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to play, learn, and grow.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as games, crafts, and educational exercises.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children, ensuring they receive proper nutrition.
• Assist with basic household tasks related to childcare, such as laundry, tidying up play areas, and washing dishes.
• Follow parents’ instructions regarding daily routines, nap times, and any specific needs or preferences
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress, activities, and any notable events.

Skills:

• Previous experience in babysitting or caregiving roles.
• Knowledge of child development stages and age-appropriate activities.
• Ability to provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Proficiency in basic childcare tasks such as diaper changing, feeding, and soothing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and establish a trusting relationship.
• Patience, flexibility, and adaptability to handle unexpected situations or changes in routine.
• Ability to cook simple meals for children following dietary guidelines or preferences.
• Willingness to engage in educational activities with children to support their learning and development.
