Duties Childcare Floater Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with opening and closing classrooms, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Adapt to different classrooms and age groups as needed, providing support to teachers and staff. Implement established lesson plans , engaging children in learning activities. Lead or assist with circle time , including songs, stories, and interactive discussions. Help facilitate crafts and hands-on activities , encouraging creativity and fine motor development. Supervise children to ensure a safe and nurturing environment at all times. Support classroom routines, including meal/snack time, nap/rest time, and transitions. Provide positive guidance and assist with social-emotional development. Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents as needed. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, assisting with sanitation and toy cleaning. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for working with children!
