THE OPPORTUNITY

Family “S” is seeking their very first nanny — someone warm, reliable, and ready to become a steady part of their lives for the long haul. This full-time role centers around their four-year-old twins, who are deeply loved, full of personality, and each benefit from individualized care. Z is autistic and attends therapy twice daily . She thrives with sensory play, a consistent routine, and a calm, patient approach. Her favorite things include swinging in her cuddle swing, Play-Doh, kinetic sand, and water play. A nanny who understands sensory regulation and neurodiversity will be especially valuable here. A is imaginative, athletic, and energetic. He loves sports, creativity, and anything outdoors. He does best with structure and someone who can guide him confidently while encouraging his independence. The nanny’s daily responsibilities will include preparing meals , assisting with pottying or diapers , and planning developmentally-appropriate, play-based activities that nurture growth, especially those involving movement and nature. Their grandmother, who has helped raise them since birth, will be involved in the early stages of this transition. She knows them both intimately and will support the onboarding process. Family “S” is looking for someone calm, proactive, and emotionally intelligent . The right candidate will understand the needs of children with autism, value sensory-friendly routines, and confidently support both structure and spontaneity. Compensation:

$20-25 per hour, based on experience
