The Opportunity The Hartselle Campus Worship Pastor will lead the worship culture at our growing Hartselle location. You’ll be responsible for shaping worship environments that are passionate, excellent, and deeply aligned with Daystar’s vision. You won’t do it alone—you’ll be supported by a healthy staff culture, a collaborative worship team, and a church that’s excited about what God is doing. Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead worship weekly for Sunday services and special events
Build and pastor worship teams using our Daystar Worship Equip process
Recruit, train, and develop new worship team members
Raise up a Worship Lead Team to help shepherd the ministry
Partner with production to create powerful, worship environments
Lead worship for 21 Days of Prayer, Freedom Retreats, Worship Nights, and All Staff Gatherings
Support Daystar Students Worship and help disciple young worshippers
Provide pastoral care at the campus during the week, including counseling availability
Lead an engaging and relational small group
Stay fresh and inspired by continually growing spiritually and musically plan 3-4 worship nights annually and assist in releasing new Daystar Music
