Cornerstone Bible Fellowship, a growing non-denominational church, is seeking a full-time music leader to provide overall direction to the music ministry of the church. The scope of the position covers planning, recruiting, coaching, and leading the entire music ministry (singers, band, sound booth). Job Highlights

• Lead, equip, develop and care for the adult worship team (musicians and sound).
• Lead, equip, develop, and care for the youth worship team (musicians and sound).
• Regularly practice with music teams to ensure highest level of quality for Sunday morning worship (two services) and youth midweek service.
• Oversee all technical aspects of worship (sound, pro presenter, livestream) by working with a dedicated team of volunteers.
• Work with lead pastor in developing a biblically sound and engaging Sunday morning worship experience and other events (Good Friday, Christmas Eve, etc.) including music and other creative methods.
• Work along side staff and volunteers in other ministries to help with their music needs (i.e men’s and women’s conferences, children’s seasonal choir, etc.).
• Overseeing all tech and sound equipment, researching and modernizing equipment on a regular basis in conjunction with sound booth volunteers. Job Qualifications
• Agree to and adhere to Cornerstone’s Statement of Faith and guiding principles.
• Minimum of three years experience leading worship, preferably in similar size/style church (350+ contemporary).
• Experience with Propresenter, soundboards, amps, editing/mixing, lighting, stage design with the willingness to learn in these areas if knowledge is limited.
