Worship Pastor Position Available In Pulaski, Arkansas

Worship Pastor Graves Church 4617 Oak Grove Road, North Little Rock, AR 72118 Graves Church, a thriving and multigenerational congregation in North Little Rock, is currently looking to fill several key ministry positions. We are a church passionate about worship, community, and reaching people with the hope of the Gospel. Our worship style leans contemporary, using current songs and expressions, but always with a deep desire to glorify God and lead others into authentic, Spirit-filled worship. We are open to hiring one or two full-time individuals, with the opportunity to shape ministry responsibilities around the unique callings and skill sets of the right candidates. In addition to worship leadership, areas of ministry may include children’s ministry, missions and outreach, recovery ministry, and financial administration. We recognize that not every candidate fits a single mold, and we are willing to create the right blend of responsibilities for those God calls to serve alongside us. Compensation will be based on experience, and on-site housing is available as an option. While we value education, a formal degree is not required. More than anything, we are looking for team members with a heart for Jesus, a passion for the local church, and a desire to help people grow in faith and purpose.
