Church campus services at the campus that the position is held at Attend MDWK ministries Duties and Responsibilities Leading the Weekend Experience team: Planning, organizing, and spiritually leading all weekend and midweek worship services (

Note:

“Leading” does not always mean singing in the front. You can lead from the back and should at times.) Planning and organizing worship services to meet weekly time requirements Schedule all musicians, and singers for all worship services in a timely manner. Church Working Conditions This position receives general direction while working from established policies and objectives. This position plans and carries out assignments and will resolve most conflicts that arise. Completed work is generally monitored only to determine the effectiveness in meeting position/team objectives. This role works in a loud and fast-paced environment with multiple daily interruptions. It is essential for this role to balance daily responsibilities, while maintaining a high level of stress tolerance and concentration. Mentoring and training is a consistent part of your work week.
