Children’s Pastor Summary of the position: Support the vision of the church by facilitating a partnership between the church and parents to use this newbined influence to help the kids of NaplesChurch develop a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ. I.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
Ability tomunicate the Gospel through various means to children at various ages.
Leadership background and experience serving with kids. Heart for children and parents.
Proven ability to lead staff and serve teams.
Project management experience.
Ability to articulate and implement the vision of NaplesChurch.
Interpersonal skills working with a variety of people, from Serve Team members to parents to kids.
Solid theological grounding and creativity in kids’ ministry curriculum management.
Positive attitude and positive approach to problem-solving. Must be solution-oriented
Computerpetency in Microsoft Office, Slack, and Acrobat Acrobat
Stronganizational and time management skills and pursuit of excellence through attention to detail.
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Able to handle confidential information with integrity
Flexible, patient and a self-motivator II.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Service Set-up and sermon preparation
Curriculum Management including weekly preparation and upload to in-room platforms
Update and maintain NaplesKids Team Training Website and NaplesKids social media sites
Manage all NaplesKids staff by leading staff meetings, overseeing all tasks and areas and ensure their continual improvement and development
Send Out the Monthly Overview Email to Parents
Create New Schedule in Ministry Scheduler Pro
Oversee Creation and Communication of NaplesKids Needs List
Manage serve team members and scheduling in Ministry Scheduler Pro
Create and Manage Events
Pastoral Care III.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily contact with NaplesChurch pastors and staff members
Daily contact with NalesKids team
Visible role with children and families of NaplesKids IV. Employee’s possess and exhibit the following core values in their daily lives: Love for God and people
