www.elevatelife.tv Job Description Elevate Life Church in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Connections Director to champion the guest-to-member journey and lead our teams in creating a culture of hospitality, belonging, and spiritual next steps. This role is ideal for a highly relational, organized, and purpose-driven leader who thrives on building systems, developing teams, and connecting people to their God-given purpose. Key Responsibilities Lead the guest assimilation strategy-from first visit to full engagement Oversee all First Impressions teams (Greeters, Parking, Info, Hospitality) Develop and lead Growth Track or Next Steps classes Recruit, train, and pastor volunteer Dream Team leaders Collaborate across ministries to ensure a seamless connection process Plan and execute team events and volunteer appreciation Monitor engagement data and improve systems for scalability Serve as a visible and relational leader during weekend services and special events Qualifications 3-5 years of ministry or leadership experience (Connections/Guest Services preferred) Proven ability to build systems and mobilize volunteer teams Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for people, spiritual growth, and team culture Experience with church management software (e.g., Planning Center, Rock RMS) Bachelor’s degree preferred Salary & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid vacation and holidays Retirement plan Ongoing ministry training and leadership development To Apply Submit the following: Resume Cover Letter describing your heart for connections ministry Join a Spirit-led, purpose-driven church that s passionate about seeing people far from God experience life in Christ.
