Freedom Faith Institute is on a mission to equip the next generation with the Word, the Fire, and the Power of the Holy Ghost. We’re launching a new hybrid K-12th grade campus in Tampa (Dover, FL) and we’re looking for a Campus Pastor to lead the charge. This isn’t a principal position—it’s a spiritual assignment . You’ll preach, lead, train staff, disciple students, and make sure that every corner of your campus is soaked in the Word and led by the Spirit .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

PREACH DAILY Start the school day with fire-filled Bible teaching and revival-led prayer . You’ll preach the full Word—no compromise—and stir up a hunger for God in every student.

LEAD THE CAMPUS

You are the spiritual and administrative leader of the Dover campus. You’ll supervise all staff, make sure instruction aligns with the Word, and maintain a standard of excellence and anointing in every classroom.

EQUIP THE NEXT GENERATION

You’ll oversee all curriculum and instruction to ensure our students receive full biblical training , strong academics, and Holy Spirit development.

ORGANIZE + BUILD SYSTEMS

You’ll work Monday-Wednesday on campus and dedicate Thursday/Friday (remote) to prepare sermons, coordinate staff, organize school functions and manage campus logistics.

COMMUNICATE WITH CLARITY

You’ll serve as the main point of contact for parents, staff, and leadership— representing the vision of Freedom Faith Institute boldly and with integrity .
