Bell Shoals is a multi-site church with five campuses located in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. We are actively seeking a Campus Pastor for a soon to be launched Parrish Campus. The campus pastor will be responsible for forming and leading a core group both from our other campuses and from within the community and then launching and sustaining the new campus.

Job responsibilities would include:

weekly preaching, shepherding, overseeing campus operations, coordinating worship services, leading staff, engaging with the local community, and actively participating with the larger Bell Shoals ministry. We are seeking a Campus Pastor who embodies a calling to the gospel and demonstrates a strong desire to see individuals receive Christ and grow in their faith. We prefer previous experience on a pastoral staff along with, at minimum, an M.Div degree from an accredited seminary. The ideal candidate would have church planting or campus planting experience, strong entrepreneurial skills along with a working knowledge of multi-campus ministries. The ideal candidate will exhibit an exceptional work ethic and dedication to the ministry, coupled with an infectious personality and positive attitude.
