AdventHealth Orlando CPE Center Work Hours/Shift:

Full Time You Will Be Responsible For:

Demonstrates through behavior AdventHealth’s core values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork as outlined in the organization’s Performance Excellence Program booklet. Supervises intensive units and extended units of CPE as negotiated each year. Provides a learning ministry resource for CPE at all AH pastoral contexts. (CPEV) Expands working relationships with other CPE centers, theological schools, and graduate educational programs. (CPEV) Provides for interfacing of CPE residents and Family Practice Residency program, if supervising residents. (CPEV) Assists in developing, coordinating and supervising Supervisory CPE.

Qualifications What You Will Need:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

: Master of Divinity degree 3 Pastoral formation experience in a spiritual care setting Required Pastoral Formation including experience in a pastoral setting

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED

: Certification as an ACPE Certified Educator by ACPE Upon Hire Required Endorsement by recognized faith tradition Upon Hire Required Board Certification with the

Association of Professional Chaplains Upon Hire Preferred Job Summary:

Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Provides credentialed Clinical Pastoral Education supervision for adult student chaplains. (CPEV Only – Provides consistent and credentialed pastoral care services to patients, their families and staff .)
