Church Administrator:

Financial Work with outside bookkeeping company to ensure the accuracy of financial reports Work with the Finance Team to ensure the integrity of the financial affairs of the church Create and maintain financial documents and reports Reconcile bank statements in conjunction with the Finance Team Process payroll for staff Pay bills and contractors Maintain all church insurance products Prepare annual budget in conjunction with Governing Elder Team and Finance Team Facilities Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the church facility and grounds Maintain contact and give direction to all companies that provide facility services and maintenance at FirstNSB Oversee all information technology Oversee enhancements to the facility and grounds Operations and Church Office Coordinate and oversee the use of the facility by groups within and outside the church Maintain the church calendar Manage the church office Develop and communicate church policies and procedures Answer phone and receive guests to the church office as needed Schedule meetings and pastoral appointments as needed
