Modern Worship Leader Job Summary:
The Modern Worship Leader is responsible for leading and facilitating authentic, engaging, and Spirit-led worship w people Discover Hope, Deepen Faith and Demonstrate Love. This role involves planning, coordinating, and vocally leading one of the Sunday morning worship services, both live and online, as well as training, and mentoring worship team members. In working with the Director of Worship & Arts, you are accountable for recruiting and assembling talented multi-generational musicians (both volunteer and paid musicians or staff) to provide a quality worship experience. The leader would work 10 hours per week and would earn up to $12,000 a year.
