Part-Time Youth Ministry Associate Description:
The Youth Ministry Associate wille alongside current staff at First Baptist Roswell to enhance programming and structure in our ministry to middle school and high school students. Approximately 15-20 hours a week;pensationmensurate with qualifications. Responsibilities Work directly with the Ministerial Staff in planning,anizing, coordinating and leading activities for 6th-12th
Seek to build relationships with young people and their families.
Assist withmunication to parents and volunteers.
Complete necessary administrative office tasks as needed for event preparation, church-widemunication, advertising, etc.
Attend staff meetings when appropriate to gain awareness of, learn more about, and participate in vocational church work.
Potentially take part in opportunities for other ministry experiences per the qualifications and desires of the candidate.
Maintain personal, spiritual and professional growth. Personal Skills and Qualifications A personal relationship with Jesus Christ
Deep love for and understanding of teenagers and their families
Strongmunication,anizational, planning and relational skills
Passion and gifts in leadership and teaching
Mature, responsible, dependable, teachable, flexible, cooperative and a good listener
