Faith Assembly in Warner Robins, GA, is seeking a partner to minister with our senior pastor. We are looking for someone with ministry experience and good references. You must be in agreemnet with the 16 fundamental truths of the Assemblies of God, including being Spirit-filled with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. Our greatest need is probably music, though someone with other skill sets and great enthusiasm may also be considered. These skill sets would include ministries such as youth and children. This is currently a work from home position with very flexible hours because we do not have our own permanent facility yet. We are a one year old church with a strong core group and strong finances, very missions and outreach oriented. We are looking for help building a team, so previous success in that area is also desireable. Past experience in ministry is required.

Some ideal experience may include:

any ministry area that resulted in spiuritual and numerical growth; music ministry leading a team as the worship leader, especially with keyboard; senior pastor experience; and someone who knows ourmunity. We would prefer to hire as local as possible. The position is listed as full time because we are seeking a very highly qualified minister. We are open to offering part time positions that may eventually be full time for someone with less experience.
