Kids Pastor 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars 2675 Old Winder Highway, Braselton, GA 30517 The Kid’s Pastor is responsible for leading unified vision and resourcing and serving staff and volunteers across Kids Ministry environments at 12Stone® Church.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and communicate alignment with the Mission and Vision of 12Stone Church. Maintain feedback, communication, and alignment with the Campus Services Team. Lead architect and voice for Kids Ministry vision and strategy for 12Stone Church. Oversee weekly quality control of all processes of providing Jesus-centered content, resources, and supplies to Kid’s Ministry environments. Lead and direct the Kids Ministry Campus Services staff team. Serve campuses by providing ongoing care, coaching and consultation for Kids Pastors and Kids Ministry staff. Create a collaborative and unified team culture across campuses and Kids Ministries. Provide leadership of global Kids Ministry special events. Partner with Kids Pastors to recruit, equip, and care for Daymakers/leaders across campuses. Discover ways to align infrastructure and processes across campuses to create pastoral margin for K12 Pastors and staff to better engage parents in “family discipleship.” Oversee the ongoing focus of spiritual milestones and celebration for kids and families. Work closely with Student Ministry Team to create smooth transition from Kids Ministry to Student Ministry. Partner with the pastoral ministry team (SF, Outreach, Students, Kids) to build and lead a cohesive discipleship plan for all 12Stone pastoral ministries and discipleship pathways.

Church Experience:
