We are seeking a full-time worship leader to join our team. Here are some things we would like our ideal candidate to have:
- At least 2 years of full time experience leading worship both vocally and instrumentally.
- Experience running and teaching how to run sound on a digital sound board.
- Knowledge using Pro Presenter or something similar for Sunday morning presentation during the service.
- Knowledge using Planning Center in multiple aspects of Sunday morning prep (scheduling teams, loading songs, planning services, etc.).
- Desire to work in a team environment, supporting each other as we seek to fulfill the mission of the church.
- Experience recruiting and training a worship team (instrumentalists, vocalists, media team, production team, etc.
