Children’s Ministry Pastor One Heart Community Church 54 Wilder Rd, Griffin, GA 30224 Overview We are seeking a Children’s Pastor to provide leadership and care to our church children’s ministry. The Children’s Pastor will be responsible for fostering spiritual growth, planning and leading activities, and providing guidance to young people in our church. Qualifications Below are the qualifications we are looking for our children’s pastor to meet: Proven experience in kid’s ministry and spiritual leadership a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in organizational and administrative tasks Responsibilities Here is a non-exhaustive list of the responsibilities and duties the children’s pastor of One Heart Community Church must fill: Experience working with children in a church setting Ability to develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lessons Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to recruit and train volunteers Passion for children Genuine love for the emotional and spiritual well-being of each child Plan youth fundraisers and events
