The Youth Pastor will work closely with families, volunteers, and church leadership to create impactful programs that inspire and educate. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging youth programs that promote spiritual growth and community involvement. Communicate effectively with youth, parents, and church members to build strong relationships and foster open dialogue. Mentor and provide Christian counseling to youth, offering guidance in their personal and spiritual lives. Plan and execute events such as retreats, camps, and community service projects that encourage participation and fellowship among youth. Lead weekly youth meetings, Bible studies, and discussions that educate participants on Christian teachings.
