Job Description
CCLOTO is looking for the next Children’s Ministry Director. Our website is ccloto.org to see what we’re about! We are a growing, multi-generational church (+450 on an average Sunday; includes +80 kids) with 3 services and a vibrant Online Campus. Located just outside of Osage Beach, the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks.
Position Description:
Partner with parents to help equip children to become fruit bearing followers of Jesus. Oversee the children s ministry strategy of CCLOTO under the direction and leadership of the Lead Pastor. Facilitate relational connection and spiritual growth of kids through weekend environments, and volunteer teams. Must be a creative, passionate visionary in leading people to Jesus A team-builder with good communication and interpersonal skills Able to develop a long-term plan for growing the children’s ministry and inspire those around him/her Reports to:
