Our youth ministry is a vibrant and essential part of our church life, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Leader to join our team. This individual will help guide, inspire, and mentor young people in their spiritual growth and development.

Position Overview:

The Part-Time Youth Leader will work closely with the Ministry team and Lay Leadership to plan, organize, and lead engaging programs, events, and activities for students in middle school and high school. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young people while contributing to the overall mission of the church.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead weekly youth group meetings, Bible studies, and devotionals. Plan and facilitate youth events, retreats, and mission trips. Provide mentorship and spiritual guidance to youth members. Collaborate with other church staff to integrate youth ministry into the broader life of the church. Communicate regularly with youth members and their families to foster a supportive and encouraging environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of all youth participants during activities.

Qualifications:

A strong Christian faith and commitment to living according to biblical principles. Previous experience working with youth in a church or ministry setting is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be passionate about youth and encouraging their spiritual growth. Background check required.
