Position Opening:
Student Ministry Director (Part-Time | 15 hrs/week) We are seeking a Spirit-led, relational, and passionate leader to step into the role of Student Ministry Director . This is a part-time ministry opportunity (15 hours/week) with the potential for deep and lasting impact in the lives of teenagers and young adults. ✨
Role Overview:
The Student Ministry Director will: Lead a weekly Sunday night student gathering with the support of a young adult ministry team. Disciple and develop student leaders for life and ministry. Foster a safe and spiritually vibrant environment where students can encounter Jesus and grow in faith. Recruit, train, and invest in a student ministry leadership team to serve alongside you. Provide pastoral care and support to students and their families. Partner with parents as spiritual allies in the discipleship journey. ✅
Qualifications:
A maturing relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to biblical truth. A heart for discipleship, evangelism, and student spiritual formation . Strong communication skills (both up front and relationally). Prior experience in student ministry or leadership (preferred). Ability to organize, lead, and collaborate with teams effectively.
