Youth and College Ministries Pastor First Pentecostal Holiness Church Greenville, NC Job Details Full-time $38,000 – $45,000 a year 14 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications Spiritual youth director experience Parent collaboration Mid-level Parent communication Community outreach Youth engagement in pastoral work Youth ministry Full Job Description Weekly Responsibilities Plan and lead Youth Service, including pre-service social hour Prepare and deliver Youth Service sermon Plan and lead Family Night gathering Promote services and events on social media Engage local middle/high schools and students Plan and lead College Service, including pre-service meal Prepare and deliver College Service sermon Promote ministry and communicate with college students Attend staff meetings Attend/engage/participate in Corporate Worship Service and encourage teens/college students to do so as well Monthly/Quarterly Responsibilities Plan and lead a youth event/hangout (monthly) Plan, promote, and lead Youth Night of Worship (quarterly) Prepare and deliver sermon in Corporate Worship Service (at Lead Pastor’s discretion) Communicate with youth parents Less Frequent Responsibilities or When Needed Plan, promote, and lead youth trips (Fresh Fire, Accelerant, Youth Quest, etc) Lead and promote Rise Up Youth Conference Promote and oversee Fine Arts effort (with Youth Quest trip in mind) Plan and oversee all improvements in youth spaces Oversee ECU College Move In effort Provide overall vision and direction for both ministries
