Pullen is seeking a minister with youth and their families, who will coordinate, supervise and minister to all aspects of church life that involve middle and high school students, and their families. The youth minister will be responsible for fostering Christian and spiritual formation through educational programs, worship experiences, retreats,munity outreach, social activities, pastoral care and support services. Qualified applicants will hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, supplemented by theological training; at least three years of experience working with both middle school and high school youth; strong skills inmunication, time management,anization, management of programs, or an equivalentbination of education and experience.
