Adult Ministry Director (Women)
- Wexford Campus (FT) Orchard Hill is looking for an Adult Ministry Director to lead and expand our Women’s and Adult ministry programs.
This person will help start Women’s Groups, oversee Interest groups, and be a liaison formunity outreach partnerships. If you have experience in church ministry, a heart for discipleship, and strongmunication skills, we would like to talk to you!

Primary Responsibilities:
start Women’s Groups Oversee Interest Groups Serve as a liaison for Community Outreach Partnerships Provide spiritual guidance and pastoral care to adult attendees Recruit, train, and lead volunteers and ministry teams Collaborate with church staff and leadership to align adult ministry initiatives with the overall vision and mission of the church Foster a weing environment that encourages spiritual growth andmunity building Stay informed on best practices in adult ministry and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance programming
Qualifications Required:
Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with various teams Passion for discipleship, biblical teaching, andmunity outreach Organizational skills Deep relationship with
God Leadership Responsibilities:
Committed to the mission of Orchard Hill Church as a ministry partner. Pursue spiritual development by active participation in worship, groups, prayer, and stewardship. Build positive interaction with other staff by actively participating in staff events, anticipating the needs of others, and readily helping as needed. Ad to the policies and procedures of Orchard Hill Church and demonstrates a strong work ethic by pursuing excellence and honoring God in all responsibilities.
