Care Coach/Chaplain Position Available In Charleston, South Carolina

Care Coach/Chaplain Workplace Care North Charleston, SC Are you looking for an opportunity to do ministry in your community and earn some extra income? Workplace Care is seeking a highly relational, qualified individual to serve part-time as a Care Coach/Chaplain. This position would require 1 visit per week to a company that has contracted our services. Your role is to provide emotional and spiritual support to the employees. In addition to being present once per week at the company, you would also be available to employees in times of crisis. This may include completing hospital visits, attending funerals, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must be a follower of Jesus, as this is a Christian organization
• Experience in ministry,counseling, social work, or equivalent
• Excellent listening skills
• Knowledge of local resources
• Must be skilled at building relationships and caring and coaching people through life issues such relationships, grief, stress, emotional issues etc.
• Must be able to care for people in the workplace from different backgrounds
• Be available for after hours visitation in hospitals, funerals and local jails if needed.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Hours & Compensation:

1-3 hours per week/ $300 per month
