We’re passionate about seeing lives transformed by Jesus and believe worship plays a powerful role in that journey. We are currently seeking a passionate, skilled, and team-oriented Worship Pastor to lead our Worship and Creative Arts ministry. This person will serve closely alongside our Lead Pastor and a dynamic team of volunteers to create Christ-centered, Spirit-led, and culturally relevant worship experiences—always focused on an audience of
One:
God. Primary Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and lead weekend worship experiences. Cultivate a culture of excellence, reverence, and joy on stage and behind the scenes. Recruit, train, and spiritually lead worship and production volunteers. Schedule, rehearse, and develop team members using Planning Center. Collaborate with the Production Coordinator on sound, lighting, and livestream quality. Develop and mentor worship leaders spiritually and musically. Support creative worship needs in other ministries (students, kids, outreach). Assist in special events (Christmas, Easter, conferences, etc.). Maintain instruments, gear, and stage environments. Be an active contributor to staff meetings and church-wide initiatives.
