South Bristol Church is a thriving, independent congregation rooted in a Bible-based Wesleyan tradition. Having recently stepped away from denominational affiliation, we are embracing a new chapter while remaining grounded in Scripture andmitted to Christ-centeredmunity and discipleship. Our church averages 60-85 attendees each week.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time pastor who feels called to shepherd a Christ-centeredmunity and help lead us into continued spiritual growth and outreach. This pastor will join amitted body of believers who value sound biblical teaching, servant leadership, and the unity of the Spirit. This position includes apetitive salary and benefits package, including the use of a three-bedroom parsonage located on the church property. The parsonage provides afortable and convenient living space and helps support the pastor’s full integration into the life of the church and themunity.

Responsibilities:

Preach and teach the Word of God with clarity, conviction, and faithfulness to Scripture. Lead and shepherd the congregation spiritually and pastorally. Engage in pastoral care, discipleship, andmunity outreach. Support the church’s mission to grow in Christ and extend His love to our neighbors.

Qualifications:

A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a vibrant personal relationship with Him. Alignment with our Bible-based Wesleyan theological tradition. Pastoral experience or relevant ministry leadership strongly preferred. Formal theological education is appreciated but not required. Ability tomunicate Scripture effectively and shepherd with humility and wisdom.
