Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Monitor residents’ health and well-being, and report any concerns to the appropriate staff member Assist with meal preparation and serving Ensure that residents’ living areas are clean and well-maintained Assist with recreational activities and events Follow safety and emergency procedures, and report any incidents to the appropriate staff member Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
