Position Summary:
The Resident Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact betweenthe construction team and residents, ensuring effective communication, coordination of access, and oversight of any relocations to maintain resident satisfaction throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Communication:
Distribute timely notices to residents regarding constructionschedules, relocation plans, and any changes affecting their living conditions.
Access Coordination:
Facilitate and manage access to residential units for construction activities, ensuring minimal disruption to resident’s daily routines.
Issue Resolution:
Act as a mediator to resolve any concerns or complaints fromresidents related to construction activities, escalating matters when necessary.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of communications, inspections, andresident feedback to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tenant services, property management, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse resident populations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation processes.
