Team Helping run weekly staff trainings Jumping in to coach staff when needed Creating weekly schedules Helping welcome and train new team members Creating AMAZING Program Experiences Setting up awesome activities Welcoming new students Making sure we have all our supplies ready Keeping everything clean and organized Helping Run Daily Operations Opening or closing the facility (depending on your shift) Completing daily checklists Ordering supplies when needed Keeping everything running smoothly Building Great Relationships Talking with parents about their kids’ day Giving tours to new families Posting fun updates on social media Making everyone feel welcome!
