College Edge provides students with the critical direction and markers they need to restart – or start – their college journey. College Edge is designed to provide a brief practical approach to college life to enhance student self-awareness, strategies, and application of skills across five major areas that often lead to student attrition at college. Students will leave with not just an understanding of how to improve their college-level skills, but how to apply newly developed strategies to their specific collegiate environment so they enter, or re-enter, feeling confident. College Edge will operate from June 16 – July 3, 2025.
The program is need of support of the below roles:

Residence Director:

The Residence Director will work with students in various aspects of student life including assisting in independent/college living workshops and facilitating evening and weekend activities. The Residence Director will be a vital support in day-to-day operations of the program and ensuring a safe living environment for students. Residence Directors report directly to the Residence Life Coordinator and indirectly to the Assistant Director of Summer Programs. Summer Programs require a significant commitment due to the nature of the program and needs of the student.

Teaching Assistant:

The Teaching Assistant will work closely with course instructors to deliver educational programming in the workshops, academic courses as well as college/independent living seminars. Summer for Success (July 7-Aug. 4)
