Assistant Project Manager – Luxury Residential 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Miami, FL Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of the construction project life cycle, from pre-construction to project closeout. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor project progress and budget, providing regular updates and reports to the Project Manager. Help in maintaining project schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Collaborate with design teams to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Address any project-related issues that arise and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner. Support the Project Manager in client communications and meetings, ensuring that all client expectations are met.
