As Program Director, you’ll lead thedaily operations of a residential program, ensuring high-quality care,program compliance, and staff leadership

• Key Responsibilities
• Support the successful launch of a new residential program, includinghome setup, furnishing, hiring, and staff training.
• Ensure ongoingcompliance with licensing and regulatory standards.
• Lead, teach, andmodel best practices for staff using PBS strategies.
• Oversee thehealth, safety, and daily living needs of residents’ nutrition, medicalcare, hygiene, and recreational engagement.
• Manage individualfinancial needs and reporting.
• Participate in a rotating 24-houron-call schedule and coordinate coverage during staff absences.
• Contribute actively to ISP reviews, treatment team meetings, andindividualized planning (goals, behavior plans, safety plans).
• Organize and lead regular program staff meetings.
• Maintain agencycertifications and documentation standards.
• Perform additional dutiesas assigned by the Director of Operations.
• Qualifications
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Minimum of a High SchoolDiploma or GED required.
• Experience working with individuals withbrain injuries or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s licensewith a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, organizational, andcomputer skills.
• Preferred certifications: MAP, PABC, CPR/First Aid.
• Ability to pass a background screening (CORI).

• Salary:

  $50,079

• $52,139
• MAP differential: $2/hr
