Provide a safe and secure living and working environment forstudents and staff. Assists in the investigation of accidents andincidents with the goal of resolution and reduction of futureoccurrences. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advanceddegrees preferred. Prefer Job Corps or related program experience.

Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Companyinsurability requirements. Physical requirements include sitting,standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing,carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates theability to lift 40 pounds and /or the ability to assess the liftload in order to ask for necessary assistance. Qualifications oFollows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures nomanipulation of student data. o Assists Safety & SecurityDepartment to maintain a safe and secure Center environment. oInvestigates all accidents/incidents under the direction ofmanagement and prepares required reports, recommending correctiveaction. o Conducts routine safety inspections and assessments ofall Center equipment and facilities to identify potential safetyand security hazards. o Enforces occupational safety and healthregulations and standards. o Conducts and documents incident andaccident investigations per established timelines and requirements.o Conducts routine Center-wide security tours and assists withmonitoring and supervision of students. o Responds to emergencysituations and requests. o Responsible for Center security, visitorcontrol and student accountability. o May assist dorm staff inconducting dorm inspections and searches for contraband. oMaintains the security and cleanliness of Center facilities andproperty. o May provide residential, recreation and transportationassistance as required. o Produces quality work and completesassignments in a thorough, timely and accurate manner. o Maintainsappropriate personal attendance, accountability and workproductivity standards. o Plans, prioritizes and organizesassignments to meet established goals and deadlines. o Understandsand applies job knowledge to effectively complete all required jobresponsibilities. Proactively maintains the skills required toperform job duties. o Mentors, monitors and models the CareerSuccess Standards as required by the PRH. o Provides high-qualitysupervision and management for the student population. Takes swiftand appropriate action and positively influences student behavior.

Shows respect and courtesy to students and holds them accountablefor their actions and behavior. o Provides quality programs andservices for students and ensures that quality is maintained andstudent needs are met. Pursues improvement and enhancement ofprograms and services. o Exchanges ideas and information, bothorally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner andcontributes meaningfully to group efforts by offering relevantideas and knowledge. Provides quality and timely information toDOL/Company when requested. o Effectively articulates thoughts andideas. Identifies problems, analyzes causes and evaluatesappropriate solutions prior to taking or recommending actions.

Follows up to ensure prompt/appropriate action is taken and thatproblems are in fact corrected. o Works in partnership with stafffrom all Departments to ensure effective supervision and servicesare provided to students. o Accepts direction and supervision fromthe Center Director/Center Duty Officer/Shift Manager to includeassignments to temporarily perform job responsibilities of otherdepartments and positions. o Other duties as assigned “Adams andAssociates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a),60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
