Morning Residential Mentor (7am
- 4pm)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Make a difference every day. As a Residential Mentor , you’ll join a dedicated team working to support participants and ensure the smooth operation of our shelter. Your work will be critical in creating a safe, welcoming environment where community and kinship thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Daily Shelter Support:
Ensure safety and maintain operational procedures, including managing house logs, overseeing participant activities, and liaising with resources or external partners.
Participant Engagement:
Collaborate closely with Economic Mobility Coaches to help participants achieve their goals through motivation and strengths-based support.
Program Support:
Contribute to family programming, initiatives, and special projects that foster a supportive and enriching environment. What You Bring to the
Role:
We’re looking for compassionate, motivated individuals with a drive to make a difference. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: A strong passion for working with diverse populations, including those experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, or mental health challenges. Excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual Skills:
Fluency in Haitian Creole or Spanish preferred
Educational Background:
